We are recruiting to fill the position below:
Job Title: Lawyer
Location: Victoria Garden City, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Responsibilities
- Monitor legal risks in real estate documentation and provide advice.
- Interpret laws, rulings, and regulations for real estate transactions.
- Draft and negotiate real estate contracts, leases, and amendments.
- Ensure approvals are in place before executing transactions.
- Manage regulatory and compliance services.
- Represent the company in property sales and purchases.
- Handle municipal code litigation and general legal advisory.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Law.
- 3-6 years of relevant experience.
- Admitted as a notary public.
- Strong background in real estate law, including litigation, lease transactions, and property management.
- Experience in title insurance underwriting and claims.
- Strong research, analytical, and communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
