Job Title: HR Manager
Location: VGC, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement HR strategies that align with business goals.
- Bridge management and employee relations by addressing concerns and grievances.
- Oversee the recruitment and selection process.
- Drive employee engagement, motivation, and development.
- Implement and monitor HR systems, policies, and performance appraisal programs.
- Maintain competitive pay structures and benefits plans.
- Identify training needs and oversee development programs.
- Ensure legal compliance in all HR practices.
- Provide management with HR metrics and reports
Requirements
- Proven HR Manager or HR Executive experience.
- Strong knowledge of HR systems, policies, and metrics.
- Leadership skills with the ability to design HR strategies.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation abilities.
- Strong interpersonal skills for managing relationships across all levels
