Job Summary

Olam Agri seeks an experienced leader to manage Beverages category sales in Nigeria. The role involves developing sales strategies, driving growth, managing trade promotions, and leading a dedicated sales team to achieve targets while optimizing distribution and strengthening distributor relationships.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to meet Annual Operating Plan (AOP) goals.
  • Lead and coach a team of Regional Managers, ASMs, and Sales Officers.
  • Manage trade promotions and collaborate with marketing for activation plans.
  • Strengthen distribution channels and optimize van operations.
  • Build and maintain distributor relationships to enhance efficiency and profitability.
  • Drive team capability development and talent pipeline growth.

Requirements

  • 12+ years in Sales or Trade Marketing, preferably in Foods & Beverages.
  • MBA from a Tier-1 institute preferred.
  • Proven expertise in trade activation, distributor management, and team leadership.
