Job Summary:
Moniepoint Incorporated is looking for a detail-oriented Hardware Quality Assurance Officer to ensure repaired terminals meet quality standards. This role involves inspecting, testing, and documenting repaired terminals while collaborating with technicians to prevent defective products from reaching businesses.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct quality inspections and ensure repaired terminals meet compliance standards.
- Perform visual examinations and implement testing procedures to validate functionality.
- Maintain accurate records of inspections, test results, and identified defects.
- Collaborate with technicians and engineers to address quality issues.
- Manage workflows for terminal collection and returning non-conforming units to inventory.
- Maintain accurate stock records of received and returned terminals.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements to enhance repair quality and efficiency.
- Execute additional tasks as assigned by the Line Manager.
Requirements:
- OND, HND, or Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical/Electronics or related field (preferred).
- Experience in terminal repair is an advantage.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work independently and within a team environment.
