Job Title: Real Estate Branch Manager
Locations: Ojodu Berger, Lagos Island (Lagos and Ogun)
Employment Type: Full-time
Responsibilities
- Supervise and mentor agents and staff to achieve branch goals.
- Develop sales strategies and foster a collaborative work environment.
- Identify growth opportunities and build relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- Monitor market trends and represent the branch at networking events.
- Manage daily operations, ensure regulatory compliance, and oversee budgets.
- Resolve escalated client issues effectively.
- Guide agents to meet sales targets and review contracts for compliance.
- Drive lead generation and marketing efforts.
- Handle scheduling, office maintenance, and record-keeping.
- Collaborate on company-wide initiatives.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s in Business, Real Estate, or related field.
- 1–3 years experience in real estate leadership or management.
- Leadership, communication, negotiation, financial management, and problem-solving skills.
Salary: N350,000 – N550,000 / month.
