Job Title: Civil Engineer
Location: Ikoyi, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Responsibilities
- Plan, organize, and oversee site construction activities with superintendents and foremen.
- Set project objectives, policies, procedures, and performance standards within company and contract guidelines.
- Address construction challenges and liaise with supervisors, foremen, and other stakeholders.
- Maintain relationships with owners and external contacts to ensure smooth project activities.
- Monitor project progress, ensuring timely completion within budget.
- Investigate and resolve serious construction issues with corrective measures.
- Manage supply requisitions and materials for project completion.
- Coordinate contractors for carpentry, electrical, plumbing, painting, and other tasks.
- Ensure quality finishing of construction projects.
- Prepare and present reports on work progress, costs, and schedules.
Requirements
- Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor’s Degree with 8 – 10 years experience.
