Job Summary
We are seeking energetic and results-oriented Business Development Executives (BDX) to work closely with the Business Development Manager in attracting investments, driving franchise sales, and establishing strategic partnerships. This role is essential in expanding our presence across Nigeria, promoting our agricultural projects, and strengthening investor and customer engagement—both offline and within our digital community.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and engage potential investors, franchisees, and customers.
- Present business models and investment opportunities to prospects.
- Develop and maintain strong partnerships with investors and stakeholders.
- Support the execution of sales and marketing plans.
- Organize field visits and outreach activities to promote agricultural initiatives.
- Manage the onboarding process for new investors and franchise partners.
- Respond to inquiries from investors and customers professionally.
- Maintain detailed records of transactions and sales activities.
- Track market trends and identify emerging business opportunities.
- Prepare regular reports on performance metrics and engagement activities.
Requirements
- Minimum of 4 years’ experience in business development, sales, or investment relations.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or a related discipline (MBA is a plus).
- Demonstrated experience in franchise sales, partnership building, or investment attraction.
- Strong negotiation skills with a proven track record of closing deals.
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
- Experience with sales and marketing strategy execution.
- Knowledge of digital marketing and online community engagement is an advantage.
- Strong analytical skills and business decision-making capabilities.
- Willingness to relocate and live in Port Harcourt independently.
