We are currently hiring for the position below:
Job Title: Bank Teller
Locations: Port Harcourt (Rivers), Calabar (Cross River), and Owerri (Imo)
Employment Type: Full-time
Key Responsibilities
Customer Service:
- Efficiently process customer transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, and loan payments.
- Respond to customer inquiries regarding accounts, services, and banking procedures.
- Assist customers with opening and closing accounts.
- Build positive relationships with customers through professional and friendly interactions.
Cash Handling:
- Receive, count, and verify cash for deposits and withdrawals.
- Balance cash drawers at the end of the day.
- Process money orders and cashier’s checks.
Transaction Processing:
- Process checks and savings withdrawals.
- Maintain and update customer account records.
- Issue and verify debit cards.
- Handle transfers, stop payments, and other account-related services.
Promotional Activities:
- Promote bank products and services, including savings accounts, loans, and credit cards.
- Assist customers with account openings and provide information on available financial services.
Security and Compliance:
- Adhere to bank policies and procedures, particularly regarding security and confidentiality.
- Ensure a secure environment for customer transactions and bank assets.
Requirements
- Candidates must have an HND qualification.
- 1 – 2 years of relevant experience is required.
Salary: ₦200,000 per month
