Job Title: Substitute Teacher (Early Years Assistant Teacher)
Locations: Rumuodara, Woji, and Elelenwo – Rivers

Job Summary
We are looking for a dedicated female substitute teacher who is passionate about working with babies and toddlers in a home-based learning environment. The successful candidate will receive training in play therapy and homeschooling teaching methods and will be required to commit to a one-year contract.
As a substitute teacher, you will shadow teachers during their sessions with young children and step in to lead classes when a teacher is unavailable. Additional compensation will be provided for every class you take over.
Requirements
- A minimum qualification of OND, NCE, HND, or SSCE, with 0–4 years of experience.
- Strong command of English, with fluency in both written and verbal communication.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to provide clear and open updates regarding your classes and responsibilities.
- A willingness to actively assist the lead teacher in classroom activities and engage with children in a supportive manner.
- The ability to take over a class when a teacher resigns or is dismissed, ensuring a smooth transition until a replacement is found.
- A commitment to guiding new teachers in understanding and adapting to their assigned students, including facilitating a structured handover process.
