Accountability Lab Nigeria is seeking a Senior Programs Officer to lead governance programming and advocacy initiatives. The role requires a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of governance issues in Nigeria and strong project management expertise.
Job Title: Senior Programs Officer
Location: Abuja (FCT), Nigeria
Salary: N400,000 – N500,000 Monthly
Employment Type: Full-Time
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, implement, and evaluate complex governance programs.
- Advocate for procurement integrity, environmental justice, and digital governance.
- Align programs with global frameworks like the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs).
Qualifications:
- Education:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Development Studies, Social Sciences, Public Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- Experience:
- Minimum of 5 years in governance programming, advocacy, or related fields.
- At least 2 years in a senior programmatic role managing complex projects.
- Skills:
- Strong project management and evaluation skills.
- In-depth knowledge of governance issues in Nigeria.
- Familiarity with global development frameworks.
