Job Summary
Tilone Subsea Limited is seeking a skilled Crewing & Personnel Logistics Officer to oversee the deployment, welfare, and logistics of marine crew members. The successful candidate will ensure full compliance with maritime regulations while maintaining efficient operational support systems for crew movement and logistics coordination.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate crew deployment and rotation schedules.
- Maintain accurate documentation and certification for all crew members.
- Arrange travel, accommodation, visas, and transportation logistics.
- Ensure compliance with maritime and company regulations.
- Liaise with crew, stakeholders, and logistics vendors.
- Maintain up-to-date crew records and databases.
- Conduct audits and inspections to ensure operational readiness.
- Collaborate with HR and operations departments on personnel logistics.
- Monitor budgets and costs related to crew logistics.
- Resolve crewing-related issues and provide timely updates and reports.
- Troubleshoot logistical challenges and recommend solutions.
