Job Summary:
We are seeking a Business Segment Manager, CTR (Casing and Tubular Running) to lead the strategic growth and operational efficiency of the CTR segment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for market expansion, client engagement, and ensuring high-performance service delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct in-depth market research to monitor industry trends, competitor activity, and emerging opportunities.
- Drive revenue growth through market penetration, service differentiation, and customer acquisition.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to support continuous business improvement.
- Collaborate with internal teams such as Sales, Engineering, and HSE to deliver integrated and quality-assured services.
- Stay abreast of technological innovations and assess their potential impact on CTR services.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Petroleum Engineering, or related fields.
- MBA or advanced management certification is an added advantage.
- Minimum of 12 years’ experience in the oil and gas industry, with at least 5 years in a managerial role.
- Deep knowledge and hands-on experience in casing and tubular running services is essential.
- Proven expertise in business development and operational leadership.
