Job Summary
This role focuses on bridging the gap between brand strategy and retail execution, ensuring smooth integration of the marketing mix at the point of sale, and collaborating with various teams to drive trade marketing initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Data collection and management for trade marketing.
- Trade promotion analysis and evaluating effectiveness.
- Developing channel-specific strategies with sales and marketing teams.
- Cross-functional collaboration with sales, marketing, product development, and finance.
- Preparing regular reports and performance metrics.
- Strategic design of impactful trade marketing campaigns.
- Vendor management for trade marketing services and equipment.
Requirements
- A B.Sc./HND in Sales, Marketing, or a related discipline.
- 3-5 years of management experience in trade marketing or a related field.
- Strong leadership, communication, and influencing skills.
- A solid understanding of commercial, financial, and retail economics.
