🔹 Key Responsibilities
You will play a critical role in delivering excellent customer experience by:
Managing customer inquiries across phone, email, and in-person channels with prompt and professional responses
Resolving complaints, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring timely solutions
Providing accurate information on pricing, promotions, subscriptions, and service activation
Maintaining detailed records of customer interactions and escalating complex issues when necessary
Building strong customer relationships through follow-ups and continuous engagement
🔹 Requirements
To succeed in this role, you should have:
A minimum of OND, HND, or Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
2–4 years of customer service experience (telecommunications experience is an added advantage)
Basic computer proficiency; familiarity with CRM systems is a plus
Strong communication, problem-solving, and conflict resolution skills
Ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment
