Job Title: Financial Analyst

Role Summary:
The Finance Analyst will be responsible for offering strategic financial guidance to the Africa Partner Markets team and Partner Market Managers. The role includes enhancing financial processes, supporting planning and budgeting, and providing key business insights for performance improvement and growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Partnering with stakeholders to support business performance and manage risks and opportunities.
- Leading Annual Operating Plans (AOP) and periodic risk forecasts.
- Ensuring accuracy and compliance with internal financial processes.
- Supporting business decisions on pricing, value chain, and scenario modeling.
- Analyzing market trends and financial data.
Qualifications and Skills Required:
- Degree in Finance or Business; Chartered Accountant/CIMA preferred.
- Minimum 2 years in financial reporting, accounting, or auditing in a multinational environment.
- Proficient in MS Office Suite and ERP (SAP FI/CO).
- Strong analytical and stakeholder engagement skills.
