Location: Lekki, Lagos
Salary: N175,000 + Commission

The Opportunity

We are recruiting ambitious graduates and early-career professionals who want to build a long-term career in sales, recruitment, and talent advisory.

As a Sales & Recruitment Consultant, you will operate at the intersection of sales, consulting, and talent acquisition.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Identifying companies that need to hire talent
• Building relationships with hiring managers and business leaders
• Sourcing and engaging high-quality candidates
• Managing interviews and recruitment processes
• Advising candidates on career opportunities
• Negotiating job offers between companies and candidates
• Achieving personal sales and revenue targets

This is a performance-driven role with significant financial upside for motivated individuals.


Requirements

Minimum requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree
• 1–2 years’ experience in sales, marketing, customer service, or another client-facing role
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong work ethic and resilience
• Residence within reasonable commuting distance of Lekki
