Role Overview:
First Bank is hiring an Account Relationship Manager/Product Manager for Current and Domiciliary Products. The role involves managing day-to-day activities related to current and domiciliary accounts, driving product optimization, supporting low-performing units, and working closely with internal teams to deliver customer-focused solutions.
Responsibilities:
- Manage product performance, analyze sales methods, and ensure product effectiveness.
- Support internal teams with product clarifications and training.
- Collaborate with Treasury on competitive interest rates for domiciliary accounts.
- Develop marketing campaigns to drive product growth and customer loyalty.
- Monitor product performance and profitability, conduct data analysis for business development.
- Oversee product lifecycle from launch to evaluation, ensuring risk management.
Requirements:
- First degree in a relevant field (Postgraduate qualification is a plus).
- At least 2 years in banking, with a focus on product management and customer relationships.
- Strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills; proactive and solution-driven mindset.
