Job Title: Finance Officer

Job Description
Financial Management:
- Prepare and manage budgets and forecasts
- Monitor cash flow and financial transactions
- Ensure proper allocation and utilization of funds
Accounting & Bookkeeping:
- Maintain accurate financial records and ledgers
- Process invoices, payments, and receipts
- Reconcile bank statements and accounts regularly
Financial Reporting:
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
- Analyze financial data and provide insights to management
- Ensure reports comply with accounting standards
Compliance & Audit:
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and policies
- Support internal and external audits
- Maintain proper documentation for audit purposes
Payroll & Taxation:
- Manage payroll processing and staff reimbursements
- Ensure timely tax filings and statutory deductions
- Stay updated on tax laws and regulations
Financial Controls:
- Implement and monitor internal control systems
- Identify financial risks and recommend mitigation strategies
- Prevent fraud and financial mismanagement
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
- Professional certification (e.g., ACA, ACCA, CPA) is an advantage
- Proven experience in finance or accounting roles
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial software
- Excellent analytical and numerical skills
