We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Administrator / Business Executive

Location: Port Harcourt, Rivers
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily office operations, including appointment scheduling and meeting coordination.
  • Monitor office inventory, supplies, and equipment maintenance.
  • Prepare, proofread, and edit legal documents, contracts, and client correspondence.
  • Ensure proper documentation and filing systems aligned with data protection regulations.
  • Serve as a liaison for client inquiries, providing updates and fostering strong relationships.
  • Coordinate client meetings, managing diaries and preparing necessary materials.
  • Assist in preparing proposals, presentations, and marketing materials.
  • Maintain employee records and manage payroll-related documentation.
  • Support team communication, staff meetings, and team-building activities.
  • Provide administrative support to attorneys and senior management.
  • Handle ad-hoc tasks, projects, and cross-departmental communication.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Legal Studies, or related fields.
  • Proven track record in an administrative or support role, preferably in a professional services or legal environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Attention to detail and discretion with confidential information.
