Overview

We are seeking a Remote Customer Interview Specialist to support client research projects by conducting structured phone interviews and surveys. You will speak with individuals who are participating in research studies for businesses and organizations across a wide range of industries. These conversations help our clients better understand customer experiences, preferences, and opinions.

What You’ll Do

  • Conduct phone interviews and surveys for client research projects
  • Ask pre-designed questions based on each study’s guidelines
  • Collect feedback from customers, consumers, and general audiences
  • Accurately document responses in provided systems
  • Follow quality standards and research protocols
  • Meet productivity and participation goals

What We’re Looking For

  • Comfortable speaking with people throughout the day
  • Strong listening and typing skills
  • Ability to follow scripts and research instructions
  • Organized and detail-oriented
  • Reliable internet connection and quiet workspace
  • Prior customer service, call center, or interviewing experience is helpful but not required
