Business Intelligence Analyst Position Available-Apply Now

We are currently looking for a Business Intelligence Analyst in Nigeria.

In this role, you will turn complex data into actionable insights that directly inform product, marketing, and business decisions. You will work with large datasets spanning user activity, transactions, and platform performance, with a strong focus on Google Analytics 4 (GA4) and web analytics. Operating autonomously within a fast-paced, remote environment, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to track, analyze, and interpret user behavior. This role requires a proactive mindset, analytical rigor, and the ability to translate raw data into clear, strategic recommendations. You will be central to defining KPIs, building dashboards, and ensuring data quality and consistency across sources. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in dynamic environments, enjoys hands-on BI work, and wants to impact growth through data-driven decisions.

Accountabilities

  • Develop, optimize, and maintain SQL queries and data pipelines across large datasets, including users, transactions, and product performance.
  • Deliver recurring and ad-hoc analyses across acquisition, engagement, retention, monetisation, and support operations.
  • Design, implement, and maintain GA4 tracking, event schemas, conversions, and custom parameters to support accurate analytics.
  • Build dashboards and reporting tools that translate complex metrics into actionable insights for product, marketing, and operations teams.
  • Define and track key KPIs, monitor funnels, retention, and conversion metrics, and perform deep-dive analyses to identify trends and opportunities.
  • Ensure data quality, consistency, and validation across multiple sources and analytical frameworks.
  • Act as a GA4 and web analytics reference point, supporting cross-functional teams in best practices and governance.

Requirements

  • 1–3+ years of experience in business intelligence, analytics, or a related data-focused role.
  • Strong SQL skills, including complex joins, aggregations, and working with large-scale datasets.
  • Proven hands-on experience with Google Analytics 4 and web analytics, including event tracking and attribution models.
  • Quantitative academic background (Economics, Mathematics, Statistics, Engineering, or similar).
  • Strong numerical reasoning, attention to detail, and ability to structure ambiguous business questions analytically.
  • Fluent in English (written and spoken).
  • Comfort working autonomously in fast-paced, remote, and asynchronous environments.
  • Proactive, curious, and ownership-driven mindset with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
  • Familiarity with BI tools such as Looker, Tableau, or Power BI is advantageous.
  • Exposure to iGaming, crypto, fintech, or online entertainment is a plus.

Benefits

  • Competitive compensation with performance-linked upside.
  • Fully remote work with flexibility across European time zones (GMT -2 to GMT +4).
  • Direct exposure to high-impact decisions across product and marketing teams.
  • Hands-on ownership and autonomy in a fast-scaling, data-driven environment.
  • Opportunity to deepen expertise in BI, GA4 governance, and advanced product analytics.
  • Collaborative, globally distributed team culture.
