Responsibilities:
- Market Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the construction, infrastructure,and surveying sectors in Nigeria, focusing on government infrastructure projects, real estate development, and large-scale commercial projects.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain long-term relationships with government agencies, real estate developers, contractors, and industry associations; conduct regular visits to key clients to strengthen the network.
- Bid Management: Lead business and technical support for project bidding, assisting the company in bid preparation, contract negotiation, and project implementation.
Requirements:
- Industry Experience: At least 3 years of experience in the architectural design or infrastructure sector, with strong connections to government agencies, real estate developers, and relevant industry institutions.
- Resource Network: Familiar with local market operations, with extensive industry resources and proven business development capabilities.
- Candidates with established business networks in Nigerian government agencies, real estate developers, and contractors will be given priority.
