Job Title: HR / Office Manager

Location: Lagos, Nigeria
Job Type: Full-Time

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized HR/Office Manager to join our team and provide support in managing HR functions, office operations, and ensuring regulatory compliance in Nigeria. The ideal candidate should possess strong analytical skills, a deep understanding of HR regulations, and ideally, experience within the financial services sector.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in recruitment, onboarding, and managing employee records, benefits, and welfare programs in compliance with Nigerian labor laws.
  • Ensure compliance with HR guidelines, financial industry regulations, and advise management on legal and regulatory issues.
  • Oversee daily office operations, manage office budgets, coordinate vendor relationships, and organize meetings and events.
  • Develop and implement engagement programs, gather employee feedback, and organize team-building activities.
  • Collect and analyze HR data, generate reports on workforce planning, and provide updates on office efficiency and HR metrics.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 1-4 years of HR or office management experience, with a preference for those with experience in the financial services industry.
  • Knowledge of HR policies and regulations within the financial services industry.
  • Certification in Human Resources (e.g., CIPM) is an advantage.
  • Proficiency in HR software, office productivity tools, and analytics programs.
