Job Title: Customer & Brand Relations Officer

Work Days: Monday to Sunday (Saturday/Sunday – remote)

Monthly Salary: ₦100,000

Main Job Duties

1. Brand Communication

Help Clean360 look good in the eyes of our customers. Share updates, offers, and posts on Instagram, WhatsApp, and other platforms.

Make sure our words and posts match what we stand for as a company.

1. Client and Staff Relations

Respond to customer questions, feedback, or complaints—politely and quickly. Help solve problems and follow up to make sure issues are handled well.

Keep good communication between customers and the company.

1. Sales

Talk about and promote our cleaning services online and face-to-face. Create simple contents/posts that attract new customers and share them regularly.

Schedule site visits with clients who are likely to buy from us and explain our services to them (pitching).

Follow up on interested clients and help them decide to use our services.

What You Should Have

Good English (spoken and written)

Friendly, respectful, and ready to help others

Confidence to create and share content online

Quick to respond and solve problems not micromanaged

Able to work with or without supervision

Willing to learn and grow with the team
