Job Summary

  • We’re seeking a creative and results-driven Digital Marketer/Social Media Manager to lead the online presence and drive brands’ awareness.
  • You’ll wear multiple hats, from content creation to analytics; blending strategic digital marketing with hands-on social media management, helping brands to build loyal communities and scale the digital footprint.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies across platforms like Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, Twitter/X, and Facebook to grow our audience and engagement.
  • Create engaging, on-brand content including posts, stories, reels, videos, and graphics using tools like Canva, Adobe Suite, or CapCut.
  • Manage daily social media operations: scheduling posts, responding to comments/DMs, and fostering community interactions.
  • Run targeted paid ad campaigns (e.g., Meta Ads, Google Ads) to acquire users, optimize for ROI, and track performance metrics.
  • Analyze campaign results using Google Analytics, social platform insights, and tools like Hootsuite or Buffer to refine strategies and report on KPIs (e.g., engagement rate, conversion, reach).
  • Collaborate with the team on email marketingSEO basics, and website content to ensure cohesive digital efforts.
  • Stay ahead of trends, monitor competitors, and experiment with emerging platforms or formats to keep our brand fresh and relevant.
  • Support event promotions, influencer partnerships, and user-generated content initiatives as we launch our first products.

Qualifications

    • 2+ years of experience in digital marketing or social media management, ideally in a startup or fast-growing environment.
    • Proven track record of successful campaigns with measurable results (e.g., increased followers by 50% or boosted sales via social).
    • Strong understanding of social algorithms, paid advertising, and email automations.
    • Strong understanding of digital tools: Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, Canva/Adobe Creative Suite, email platforms like Mailchimp.
    • Excellent written and verbal  communication skills, with a creative flair for storytelling and brand voice consistency.
Marketing

Preferred Skills:

    • Passion for tech– bonus if you’ve got personal projects in this space!
    • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or similar for quick content edits.
    • Experience with influencer partnerships and UGC (user-generated content) strategies.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
    • Passion for sustainability and social impact—bonus if you’ve volunteered in eco-initiatives!
    • Knowledge of and experience with content marketing, video editing (e.g., CapCut, Premiere Pro), basic SEO/SEM and A/B testing.
    • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, startup environment with a proactive, problem-solving mindset.
