Location: Port Harcourt / Hybrid
We are currently seeking a Digital Marketing Manager to own execution and optimization of our Retailer, Shopper & Acquisition SEM program (including but not limited to Google Search, App campaigns, and Discover campaigns).
The Marketing team is responsible for driving growth of Retailer, Shopper and Consumer growth. Our Marketing team is highly analytical, we move fast and we’re always focused on delivering quantifiable results!
ABOUT THE JOB
* Own full-funnel marketing strategy and execution across performance channels (paid search, Meta, TikTok), optimizing for CPA, ROAS and LTV.
* Lead SEO, content marketing, and influencer programs (blogs, newsletters, regional partnerships) to build SEO-first, permissioned traffic, and brand equity
* Architect and scale CRM programs-email, SMS, in-app messages, and push notifications to support onboarding, reactivation, referrals, and upsell campaigns
* Collaborate with retail partners, brands, and supermarkets’ marketing teams to activate retail media, manage product feed optimization, and integrate into in-platform
Sponsored Ads & Promotions
* Develop go-to-market strategies for new state launches, subscription offerings, and other product initiatives; coordinate launches across marketing, ops, design, and legal — end-to-end contextual execution
* Deliver weekly & monthly performance dashboards, business reviews, and insights-

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
* 3+ years digital/performance marketing experience, with at least 1-2 years of hands-on experience with Paid search programs
* Thorough understanding of growth marketing and Paid Search trends to expertly scale campaigns profitably & efficiently
* Proven track record running Google AdWords, Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads, and high-SKU marketplace advertising
* Strong experience in email/SMS marketing tools, push messaging, leaderboard segmentation, and personalization
* Experience using analytics platforms: Google Analytics, BI tools, and familiarity with SQL or API-driven data querying for marketing attribution
* Excellent project-manager skills, with consistent delivery of multi-campaign programs and tight coordination with technical and creative teams
* Excellent analytical and quantitative skills with experience with Excel/Google Sheets
Preferred qualifications
* Experience with online marketplaces
* Double Bonus: Experience working in the gig economy space
* Experience with incremental experimentation
* Experience with other, non-search-based acquisition channels (Affiliates, Facebook,
* Snap, TikTok, etc)
* Beginner to intermediate SQL experience
COMPENSATION & BENEFITS
Base net salary is N120,000
