Role Description – Part-Time Office Assistant Needed
This is a part-time on-site role for an Office Assistant located in Port Harcourt (Choba/Alakahia). The part-time work options are indicated below.
The Office Assistant will support daily administrative and operational activities within the office. Day-to-day responsibilities include attending to walk-in clients, handling printing, photocopying, and other computer service requests, managing basic records, assisting with online job applications and registrations, maintaining office organization, and supporting team members to ensure smooth workflow.
The role requires someone who is proactive, organized, and able to interact professionally with clients while delivering efficient service.
Part-Time Work Schedule:
Mondays to Wednesdays OR;
Thursdays to Saturdays
Thursdays to Saturdays
Qualifications
• Computer literacy (Microsoft Office Tools, internet usage, and typing)
• Ability to handle printing, scanning, laminating, and photocopying tasks
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Good communication and customer service skills
• Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, client-facing environment
• Prior experience in a similar role is an added advantage
• Possession of a Personal Computer
• Ability to commute easily
• Minimum of SSCE/OND (or equivalent qualification)
Compensation based on part-time work option
