Job Title: Investment Advisor (Luxury Sales)
Location: Port Harcourt, Rivers
Job Summary
- The Investment Advisor, Luxury Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying prospective clients, promoting the company’s real estate investment opportunities, and closing sales.
- The role requires strong sales skills, relationship management, and the ability to meet sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new clients interested in real estate investments.
- Promote and sell the company’s property investment products and services.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
- Conduct property presentations, client meetings, and investment consultations.
- Follow up on leads and convert them into sales.
- Achieve assigned monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Maintain accurate client records and sales reports.
- Participate in marketing campaigns, property inspections, and promotional events.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree or HND in Marketing, Business Administration, Estate Management, or related field with 2–7y ears’ experience in sales, preferably in real estate, banking, insurance, or investment advisory.
- Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Good understanding of the Port Harcourt market and client network is an added advantage.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and results-oriented.
