What’s the role 

Join us as a Graduate at Shell in Nigeria where you will embark on a comprehensive 3-year program designed to develop future leaders.

The Graduate Recruitment within Shell follows a standard global methodology used to attract, select, and place our best talent within the various Shell businesses. For 2026, we are recruiting post-NYSC graduates for the following areas: 

  • Engineering (Chemical, Petrochemical, Mechanical, Civil, Production) 
  • Geoscience
  • Commercial

You will showcase your capacity to analyze situations and propose purposeful solutions that align with the company’s strategic goals – adaptability to changing environments, learner mindset, drive to deliver results – and collaborate and nurture relationships as you work effectively with a diverse team. You will work with experienced colleagues and will share your unique perspective and fresh ideas on how to tackle energy-related challenges. What you bring

Eligibility 

To be eligible for the Shell Graduate Program: 

  • You must have graduated (Bachelor’s or Master’s) before your start date

  • You must have less than three years of work experience.

  • You must have completed the National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) programme

  • You must possess strong communication and interpersonal skills.

 

Please indicate your NYSC Certificate or NYSC Exemption in your CV.
