Job Summary
- A leading retail chain brand with an established furniture and lifestyle division is looking for dynamic furniture sales managers to join its showrooms across Nigeria.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive showroom sales and consistently achieve set targets.
- Deliver top-class customer experience with tailored interior solutions.
- Manage showroom display, visual merchandising, and sales team performance.
- Track competitor activities and market trends to stay ahead.
Requirements
- A Degree / Diploma in Interior Decoration or related field is a must.
- Proven 4-5 years retail sales experience (furniture / interior sales strongly preferred).
- Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Passion for interiors, design, and customer engagement.
Salary
N300,000 – N400,000 monthly + incentives.
