_Job Summary:_ We’re seeking an HR & Admin Officer to provide comprehensive HR support to our team. You’ll handle recruitment, employee relations, training, and administrative tasks.
_Key Responsibilities:_
– HR administration and compliance
– Recruitment and onboarding
– Employee relations and communication
– Training and development
– Payroll and benefits administration
– Reporting and policy development
_Requirements:_
– 3+ years of HR experience
– Strong understanding of Nigerian labour laws
– Excellent communication and relationship management skills
– Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
– HR data analytics and strategic thinking
– Resident in Port Harcourt
_Educational Qualifications:_
– Bachelor’s Degree in Social Sciences or relevant field
– Professional HR certification (PHRI, CIPM, etc.) is a plus
