JOB SUMMARY
- We are seeking a highly skilled and results-driven Senior Data Analyst to support data-driven decision-making through advanced analytics, reporting, and dashboard development.
- The ideal candidate will have strong experience in data extraction, transformation, and visualization, with a solid background in working with enterprise systems (e.g., CMMS, SAP) and delivering insights that improve operational efficiency and asset performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Extract, transform, and load (ETL) data from multiple sources including CMMS platforms (e.g., SAP-PM, PACER)
- Analyze large and complex datasets to identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities for performance improvement
- Develop and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI, Excel, and other visualization tools
- Perform advanced data analysis using SQL, DAX, and Python (NumPy, Pandas)
- Monitor and ensure data quality, integrity, and consistency across systems
- Support internal and external audits by providing accurate data and reporting documentation
- Prepare and present periodic reports (e.g., Asset Integrity Reports, Operational Performance Reports)
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Planners, Schedulers, Technicians, and Management) to define data needs and reporting requirements
- Automate data processes and reporting workflows to improve efficiency
- Design and develop data-driven tools (Excel, Access, Power Apps) to enhance productivity
- Provide training and support to end-users on data tools, dashboards, and CMMS systems.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field
- 5 – 8 years of experience in data analysis, reporting, or business intelligence roles
- Strong experience with SQL and database management (MySQL, MS Access, MongoDB, etc.)
- Proficiency in Power BI, Microsoft Excel (advanced), and Microsoft Power Platform
- Hands-on experience with Python for data analysis (NumPy, Pandas, Jupyter Notebook)
- Familiarity with enterprise systems such as SAP-PM or other CMMS tools
- Experience in data visualization and dashboard design
- Knowledge of ETL processes and data warehousing concepts
- Strong understanding of KPIs, performance metrics, and reporting frameworks
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and critical thinking skills
- Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
