Job Summary
- We are looking for a proactive and commercially driven Marketing Executive to manage brand activities, coordinate with agencies, and drive product performance in the FMCG market.
- The role focuses on executing marketing strategies, ensuring strong market presence, and delivering measurable business results.
Key Responsibilities
Brand & Campaign Management:
- Plan and execute marketing campaigns aligned with brand objectives.
- Work with advertising and media agencies to develop creatives and campaigns.
- Ensure consistent brand messaging across all channels (ATL, BTL, digital).
Market Execution:
- Oversee in-market execution of promotions and activations.
- Conduct regular market visits to monitor product visibility and competitor activity.
- Support trade marketing initiatives to improve product placement and sales.
Consumer & Market Insights:
- Analyze consumer behavior, market trends, and competitor strategies.
- Use insights to refine campaigns and improve product positioning.
Sales Collaboration:
- Partner with sales teams to align marketing activities with revenue goals.
- Support product distribution, promotions, and retail strategies.
Performance Tracking:
- Track and evaluate campaign performance and ROI.
- Prepare reports and presentations for internal stakeholders.
Product Management Support
- Assist in new product development and launches.
- Coordinate packaging, pricing, and positioning strategies.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
- 2–4 years experience in FMCG or related industry.
- Experience working with agencies or managing external vendors.
- Strong understanding of Nigerian retail and consumer market (if local role).
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
Salary
N100,000 / month.
