Job Title: Executive Personal Assistant

About the Role
- We are seeking a highly competent, polished, and proactive Executive Personal Assistant to provide direct support to the Creative Director.
- This role requires a high level of professionalism, discretion, organization, and the ability to manage both business and personal administrative tasks in a fast-paced interior design and project management environment.
- The ideal candidate must be smart, well-presented, confident, and able to take initiative without constant supervision.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide executive and personal administrative support to the Creative Director
- Manage daily calendar, meetings, site visits, and appointments
- Coordinate communication with clients, contractors, vendors, and consultants
- Follow up on ongoing projects to ensure timelines are met
- Prepare reports, presentations, and official documents
- Manage emails, calls, and correspondence professionally
- Assist with project scheduling and task tracking
- Arrange travel, meetings, and event schedules when required
- Maintain strict confidentiality on all business and personal matters
- Run official and personal errands when necessary
- Support basic business coordination including social media, content, and brand activities when required
- Ensure the Creative Director’s workflow is smooth and well organized at all times
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree or HND in Business Administration, Management, or related field
- 3–5 years experience as an Executive Assistant / Personal Assistant
- Excellent spoken and written English
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- High level of professionalism and emotional intelligence
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and scheduling tools
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Must be smart, confident, and well presented
- Experience in interior design, construction, architecture, or real estate is a strong advantage

Salary
N180,000 – N200,000 / Month.
