Job Description
- We are looking for smart, energetic, and sales-driven individuals to join our Outlet Sales/Operations team as Customer Service Officers.
Key Responsibilities
- Attend to walk-in customers and provide excellent service
- Drive sales and upsell products
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally
- Ensure proper display and presentation of products
- Support daily outlet operations and maintain cleanliness standards
- Work collaboratively with team members to achieve sales targets.
Requirements
- Minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree (B.Sc./HND)
- Must have completed NYSC or exempted
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Sales-driven with a passion for customer satisfaction
- Smart, presentable, and proactive
- Willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to workshifts, including weekends and public holidays.
Salary
N100,000 – N120,000 monthly.
