Job Summary
- We are seeking an experienced and strategic Chief Operating Officer (COO) to oversee the day-to-day operations of our organization.
- The COO will work closely with the CEO and executive team to ensure operational efficiency, implement business strategies, and drive growth across all departments.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement operational strategies aligned with the company’s goals and objectives.
- Oversee daily operations across all departments, ensuring efficiency and high performance.
- Manage budgets, resources, and operational planning to optimize productivity.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and operational metrics to drive improvements.
- Lead, mentor, and develop department heads and operational teams.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and quality standards.
- Identify opportunities for process optimization, cost reduction, and innovation.
- Collaborate with the CEO and executive team on strategic decision-making.
- Report on operational performance and recommend solutions to enhance effectiveness.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field (MBA preferred).
- Proven experience in a senior operational leadership role.
- Strong strategic planning, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Excellent leadership and team management abilities.
- Knowledge of business operations, finance, and organizational processes.
- Ability to work under pressure and make high-level decisions.
Preferred Qualifications:
- 1-2 years of experience in executive management roles.
- Experience in healthcare or hospital administration is an advantage.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
