🧾 Role Overview
We are looking for a confident and results-driven Female Operations Manager to lead our team, manage daily operations, and drive the growth of our wellness and fitness center. This role requires a strong leader with excellent operational, reporting, and people management skills.
🔑 Key Responsibilities
Leadership: Manage staff, drive performance, and maintain daily operational structure
Reporting: Produce structured reports and track operational numbers using Excel
Discipline: Enforce workplace policies and address staff performance issues professionally
Facilities Management: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the facility
Growth & Marketing: Motivate teams using marketing strategies to meet business targets
🎓 Requirements
Proven management experience (preferably in store, spa, or wellness operations)
Strong, confident, and decisive with a commanding presence
Bachelor’s degree required (Accounting degree is an advantage)
Proficiency in Excel and excellent report-writing skills
Must be punctual and able to resume work in Lekki Phase 1
Female candidates with prior management experience only (teachers not eligible)
