JOB SUMMARY
- The Relationship Manager (SME Banking) will develop and manage relationships with small and medium-sized enterprises by providing financing solutions that support business growth. The role focuses on expanding the SME loan portfolio while promoting fintech-enabled financial services.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and onboard SME clients across targeted industries.
- Structure financing solutions including working capital and asset financing.
- Conduct credit assessments and financial analysis for SME clients.
- Monitor SME loan portfolios to ensure strong repayment performance.
- Provide advisory support to SME clients on financial planning and business growth.
- Drive deposit mobilization within the SME client segment.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or related discipline with 3–5 years’ experience in SME banking or fintech lending.
- Strong knowledge of SME credit analysis and financial management.
- Proven ability to grow SME client portfolios.

Salary
N350,000 / Month.
