Key Responsibilities

  • Set up meetings with potential clients to understand their financial goals, wishes, and concerns.
  • Provide expert advice on financial planning, retirement planning, insurance, and investment solutions.
  • Build, develop, and maintain strong relationships with both new and existing clients.
  • Deliver a high level of professional expertise and customer-focused service.
  • Work collaboratively with team members while managing tasks independently under minimal supervision.
  • Support business growth through client engagement, follow-ups, and referrals.
  • Assist with content creation and digital marketing activities to enhance brand visibility and client engagement.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree or HND qualification.
  • 0 – 3 years relevant work experience.
  • Must reside in Lagos.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Willingness to work with team members and adapt in a dynamic environment.
  • Knowledge and/or skills in:
  • Financial Planning and Retirement Planning
  • Finance and Insurance
  • Investment principles
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and responsibly.
  • Content creation and digital marketing skills will be an added advantage.
