Role Description

  • This is a full-time, on-site role based in Wuse 2 for a Customer Service Representative/Sales professional. The role involves providing exceptional customer service, addressing inquiries, ensuring customer satisfaction, Inflow through sales, and enhancing customer experiences.
  • Responsibilities include responding to customer interactions, resolving issues promptly, handling sales inquiries, and providing service-related solutions.
  • Collaboration with other team members to meet sales goals and educate customers on products will also be integral to the role.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional training or coursework is beneficial with 1 – 3 years of relevant work experience
  • Proficiency in Customer Service, Customer Support, and Customer Interaction
  • Demonstrated skills in Customer Satisfaction and Customer Experience
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to meet sales targets and performance goals
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
  • Problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to addressing customer needs
  • Knowledge of CRM systems
  • Ability to multitask, organize, and prioritize work
  • Previous experience in customer service or sales is an advantage
  • Knowledge of smart home automation or renewable energy products is a plus
