Job Title: Business Development Lead (Contract)
Location: Nigeria (Lagos preferred) | Hybrid/Remote
Contract: 6 months (renewable) Possible long-term role
Compensation: ₦500,000 – ₦700,000 gross per month + performance incentives
About the Role
We are seeking a highly driven Business Development Lead to secure strategic partnerships and onboard new clients across the insurance and logistics sectors in Nigeria. This is a hands‑on execution role for a self‑starter who can open doors, build relationships, and close partnerships with minimal guidance.
Key Responsibilities
– Source and secure new institutional partners.
– Onboard new business clients and drive adoption.
– Build and manage a strong pipeline.
– Lead outreach, meetings, and negotiations.
– Deliver against defined onboarding targets.
– Provide weekly progress updates.
Ideal Candidate
– 5+ years in business development, partnerships, or sales.
– Strong network in Nigerian insurance, trade, or logistics ecosystem.
– Proven ability to close B2B deals.
– Self‑starter who can work independently.
– Comfortable operating in a fast‑moving startup environment.
