People & Culture Generalist
📍 Location: Ikoyi, Lagos

We’re looking for a People & Culture Generalist who is passionate about building strong teams, driving employee engagement, and ensuring seamless HR operations.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the full talent lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, and hiring
Lead culture and employee engagement initiatives
Coordinate and support learning and development programs
Oversee HR operations, documentation, and compliance
Act as a trusted HR partner and go-to resource for employees and management
Requirements
~5 years of HR generalist experience
Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
Strong computer skills (especially MS Excel) and experience with HRIS platforms such as Odoo
Data-driven, hands-on, and comfortable managing multiple HR functions
Good knowledge of Nigerian labour law and HR best practices
