Key Duties & Responsibilities
The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing structured administrative and operational support to the CEO, ensuring efficiency, confidentiality, and smooth day-to-day coordination.
1. Calendar & Schedule Coordination
Manage and maintain the CEO’s daily and weekly calendar.
Schedule meetings, appointments, and calls as directed.
Send meeting confirmations and reminders.
Ensure all appointments are properly logged and time conflicts are avoided.
2. Communication Support
Draft and respond to emails and correspondence on behalf of the CEO when instructed.
Organize and prioritize incoming emails for attention.
Serve as the first point of contact for certain communications.
Escalate important matters appropriately.
3. Social Media Assistance
Assist in managing the CEO’s professional social media accounts.
Draft and schedule posts based on approved content.
Monitor messages and notify the CEO of priority engagements.
Maintain consistency with the CEO’s professional brand voice.
4. Travel & Logistics Coordination
Assist in booking flights, accommodation, and transportation.
Prepare travel itineraries and confirmations.
Ensure all travel details are documented and easily accessible.
5. Meeting Support
Prepare meeting materials as directed.
Take minutes during meetings when required.
Track action points and send follow-up reminders.
6. Document & File Management
Maintain organized digital records and folders.
Format documents, presentations, and reports as instructed.
Ensure documents are properly saved and accessible.
7. Administrative Support
Conduct basic research tasks as assigned.
Assist with data entry and record updates.
Support coordination of internal and external engagements.
Carry out other administrative duties as assigned by the CEO.
8. Confidentiality & Professionalism
Handle sensitive information with discretion.
Maintain a high level of professionalism and integrity at all times.

Monthly Salary: ₦150,000
