We are seeking a dynamic and passionate Regional Marketing Manager to join our growing team.
In this role, you will lead the development and execution of regional marketing strategies across international markets. You will drive brand positioning, manage Key Opinion Leader (KOL) engagement, support academic promotion initiatives, and execute integrated marketing campaigns. Working closely with cross-functional teams, you will help achieve strategic business objectives within your assigned regions.

Drive regional marketing strategy and strengthen brand positioning
Manage regional KOL relationships and academic promotion programs
Lead marketing campaign planning, execution, and event management
Collaborate across departments to integrate resources and maximize impact
🎓 Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or above (Marketing or International Business preferred)
3–5 years of regional or international marketing experience, preferably in the medical device or IVD industry
Proven experience in KOL management and academic event planning
Excellent communication skills in both Chinese and English
Strong market awareness, compliance sensitivity, and project management capabilities
