What You Will Do
As a Field Engineer Trainee, you will be trained to deliver safe, efficient, and reliable services at the highest technical standard. You will gain hands-on exposure to field operations while developing expertise in engineering design, service delivery, and operational excellence.
You will:

- Deliver high-quality job execution, meeting strict safety and performance standards.

- Support field operations in alignment with customer expectations and SLB protocols.

- Participate in job risk assessments and continuous improvement initiatives.

- Assist Design/Technical Engineers on technical programs, proposals, and bids.

- Join Service Quality Meetings and contribute to structured improvement plans.

- Actively engage in HSE and Quality programs to maintain world-class operational standards.

- Provide essential operational and administrative support across teams.
Who We’re Looking For

- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Petroleum, Chemical, Electrical, or related engineering fields.

- 0–2 years post-graduate experience (fresh graduates strongly encouraged).

- Strong problem-solving abilities and learning agility.

- Ability to excel under pressure in dynamic, real-world operational environments.

- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

- Fluent in English (writing, reading, speaking).
