We are searching for a skilled HSE Officer to uphold our world-class safety standards and support our operations in Port Harcourt.
About the Role
As an HSE Officer, you will play a key role in promoting a safe, compliant, and proactive work environment. You will:

- Coordinate on-site HSE activities in line with company policies and regulatory standards.

- Support the Permit to Work (PTW) process, ensuring all risks and controls are properly documented.

- Participate in incident investigations and help develop corrective actions.

- Conduct risk assessments, JHAs, and routine site inspections.

- Track and report HSE KPIs and performance metrics.

- Deliver toolbox talks, inductions, and HSE awareness trainings.

- Maintain accurate HSE documentation and support process safety initiatives.

- Identify unsafe conditions and champion a proactive safety culture.
Qualifications

- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Environmental Science, Safety Management, or related fields.

- Minimum HSE Level 3 certification.

- At least 4 years’ HSE experience in the oil & gas industry.

- Familiarity with gas plant operations, PTW systems, and construction safety.

- NEBOSH IGC & relevant ISO/OSHA certifications are added advantages.
