Job Summary
We are looking for motivated and goal-driven individuals to join our growing sales team. As a Sales Executive, you will promote loan and investment products, assess clients’ financial needs, and help applicants secure the financial support they require—all while delivering top-tier service and meeting performance targets.
Location: Rivers State
Employment Type: Full-Time
Responsibilities
- Evaluate loan applications and assess creditworthiness
- Conduct interviews to determine loan eligibility
- Prepare and complete loan documentation
- Structure debt repayment plans and explain product features
- Communicate decisions clearly to clients (approvals/rejections)
- Maintain and update account records and loan schedules using ERP systems
- Develop and maintain customer relationships and referral networks
- Ensure compliance with lending policies and regulatory requirements
- Promote cross-selling of financial products and deposit mobilization
Key Performance Indicators
- Achievement of monthly loan and investment targets
- Low rate of non-performing loans
- Minimum 90% customer retention rate
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, or related field
- Proven experience as a Loan Officer or in financial sales
- Strong understanding of loan products, customer service, and compliance standards
- Proficiency in banking software and ERP systems
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to thrive in a target-driven environment
Salary Range
₦100,000 – ₦170,000 monthly
