Job Summary
OVM Consulting Services is seeking a dedicated Admin Assistant to manage office operations, coordinate schedules, and support HR & customer service functions.
Responsibilities
- Administrative Support: Manage office workflow, maintain files, schedule meetings, and handle inquiries.
- Office Management: Oversee staff attendance, organize company events, and ensure office cleanliness.
- HR Support: Assist in onboarding, staff training, and payroll preparation.
- Customer & Sales Support: Track orders, invoices, and respond to customer inquiries.
- Compliance & Documentation: Maintain confidential records and ensure adherence to company policies.
Requirements
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced office environment.
- Experience in administrative and HR support is an advantage.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and office management tools.
