Job Title: IT Associate

Job Summary
Seeking an IT Associate to manage infrastructure repairs, IT updates, maintenance, and support.
Responsibilities
- Provide frontline technical support via phone, email, or chat
- Diagnose & resolve hardware, software, and network issues
- Install & configure computer systems, software, and hardware
- Manage user accounts and access permissions
- Ensure software updates & security patches
- Perform routine maintenance and hardware upgrades
- Troubleshoot network connectivity and maintain infrastructure
- Assist with IT projects, system upgrades, and deployments
Requirements
- Bachelor’s / HND in Computer Science, IT, or related field
- Minimum of 3 years experience in IT support
- OS (Windows, Linux, macOS), network protocols, troubleshooting
- Strong communication, problem-solving, attention to detail, and teamwork
