Job Description

We are looking for a Corporate Communication Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will develop and implement strategic communication plans that enhance our brand, reputation, and engagement with both internal and external stakeholders. This role involves content creation, media relations, crisis communication, and digital media management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement corporate communication strategies aligned with company objectives.
  • Manage internal and external communications, ensuring clarity, consistency, and engagement.
  • Oversee media relations, including press releases, media coverage, and crisis communication.
  • Create and manage content for digital platforms, including social media, websites, and newsletters.
  • Build and maintain relationships with clients, partners, and media stakeholders.
  • Support leadership with speech writing, presentations, and public engagements.
  • Monitor and analyze communication effectiveness, providing recommendations for improvement.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure brand messaging consistency.

Qualifications & Experience

Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, Marketing, or a related field.
✔ Minimum of 10 years of experience in corporate communications, PR, or media relations.
✔ Strong written and verbal communication skills, with an ability to craft compelling narratives.
✔ Proficiency in digital media management and content creation.
✔ Experience in crisis communication and stakeholder engagement.
✔ Excellent organizational and project management skills.
✔ Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with corporate branding and reputation management.
  • Familiarity with graphic design and video editing tools is an advantage.
  • Knowledge of industry trends and emerging communication technologies.
